Book a Consultation
One of the most important parts of starting therapy is finding someone you feel comfortable with. Your therapist isn’t meant to be your best mate — but they also shouldn’t make you want to sprint in the opposite direction.
That’s why I offer a free 15–20 minute initial consultation, either via telephone or Microsoft Teams. This gives you a chance to:
Share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy
Ask any questions you might have
Get a feel for whether we’d work well together — or whether it’s time to reach for your running shoes
2. Pick your time slot
If you decide after your consultation that you want to go ahead and book your first official session with Red Clay, simply get in touch via email to schedule your first appointment. Check out the availability and fees page for available time slots.
3. Onwards and Upwards
You’ll need to pay 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to secure your time slot. After that, if you have chosen video therapy, you’ll receive a teams link via email, no later than 2 hours prior to your appointment. Make sure you’re somewhere comfortable and private for your session. If you’ve opted for face to face therapy, you’ll be sent details of where my office is based when setting up your appointment.
