Scheduling
I offer therapy sessions either online via Microsoft Teams or face-to-face at my office in Nottingham City Centre. You’re also welcome to mix and match between the two formats, depending on what suits your lifestyle.
Therapy is a commitment to yourself — your wellbeing and personal development. A regular weekly session can be a powerful way to prioritise that commitment. Having a consistent appointment time each week often provides a helpful anchor, especially for those experiencing anxiety or emotional overwhelm.
That said, I understand that not everyone’s schedule is predictable. If you work shifts or have changing commitments, I also offer a flexible calendar option to help make therapy more accessible for you.
Fees
£60 per 50-minute session
Concessionary rates available for students and those on low income — please feel free to get in touch to discuss
Payment is due 24 hours before your session to secure your time slot.
Many people choose to have sessions fortnightly to make therapy more financially manageable — this is absolutely an option. However, I don’t offer monthly sessions to new clients, as I find the infrequency makes it difficult to build momentum and develop a strong therapeutic relationship.
